"You shall NOT need to fight in this battle, set (position) yourself, stand ye still and see the SALVATION of the Lord"
Mission: iEncounter Church Houston’s mission is creating an atmosphere of praise that people may receive healing and deliverance through an Encounter with Jesus Christ
Vision: iEncounter Church Houston is a nondenominational church. It is truly a “come as you are” ministry where people leave transformed by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a community of Believers on a mission to capture the lost, faithless, unchurched and those who are seeking an authentic place of worship.
God is the creator of all things seen and unseen. He has no beginning nor end. He is not restricted by time or space but time and space was and is created by Him.
The Apostle Paul exclaimed, “Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! … Who has known the mind of the Lord?” (Romans 11:33-34).
About Jesus Christ:
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is coequal with the Father and Holy Spirit. He is the actual spoken Word of the Father; therefore He is God. The Word was made flesh and Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven and will return again someday to earth to reign as King.

About the Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit is coequal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer spiritual gifts when they are saved. As Christians we seek to live under His control daily.
Salvation is God’s free gift to us but we must accept it. We are not under any of the 613 laws of the ministry of condemnation or saved by our works or good deeds. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his/her life by faith.
